• Cashback will be credited to the customer’s Plenty account after the order has been successfully processed.
• Cashback expires 45 days from the date it is credited to the customer’s Plenty account. Any unused cashback will be forfeited upon expiry.

• Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
