Orders

How do I place an order for PLENTY jewelry?

When you’ve found the items you want to buy, select the type and size (if required) and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. This will automatically place the item in your cart. You can see how many items are in your cart and edit them at any time by clicking the bag icon in the top right corner. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click the ‘Check out’ button to complete your order. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you registered with, containing the details of your order. If you do not receive this, we advise you to first check your junk mail. If it’s not there, then email us at cs@plenty.my to request that your confirmation be resent.

Do I need to sign up for a PLENTY account to place my order?

No, you can also place orders as a guest. However, we recommend signing up to enjoy a smoother and more convenient experience, as well as to receive updates about new arrivals and attractive offers.

Do we get a tracking number after we order?

Yes! All orders include tracking. You can find your tracking number in the email you receive and in your PLENTY account once we have shipped your order.

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes, we do accept bulk orders. Please visit [here] to submit your form, and we’ll send a quotation based on your requirements.

Can I cancel an order that has been placed?

No, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed and payments have been made. For this reason, please double-check your order details during checkout and before making payment to complete your order.

Why there is no invoice provided in my parcel?

We believe in the importance of long-term environmental protection and improvement. We always strive to minimize our environmental impact, aiming for sustainability in everything we do, including our handling of invoices. However, if needed, you can still request an invoice in the remark column during checkout.

I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?

Yes, if you contact us within an hour of placing the order, it may be possible to amend it. If it’s regarding changing the delivery address, we suggest chatting with us via the website inbox straight away. However, if you need to add another item to your order, we recommend placing a separate order and then informing us so we can match them.

Do you make custom orders?

Unfortunately, no. At the moment, we are not able to accept custom orders.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to create a personalized message (up to 100 characters). Simply request and type your message in the "Add Note" column during checkout. The package will not include any additional information identifying you as the giver. For this reason, we encourage you to at least enter your name in the gift message.

How do I use a discount code/ voucher code online?

A discount or voucher code can be applied to orders on the cart page. Enter the code in the discount code field, and once you press apply, the discount amount should be deducted from the order total. Please note that this does not apply to postage costs. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Why doesn’t my PLENTY promotional code work?

If your code is not working, double-check that you are entering the exact code provided and that the code is still valid. Some of our promotional codes are only valid on certain collections, so make sure to read the T&C. If problems persist, please contact the Customer Service Team at cs@plenty.my for further assistance.

What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient or incorrect delivery information, or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centers. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the shipping info page) will apply for all parcels resent from our warehouse. Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number (must be a local number) are accurate to ensure your gorgeous goodies reach you as quickly as possible!

What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?

Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages that have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encourage customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any missing, lost, undelivered, or abandoned packages.

What is Same-Day Delivery?

You can now place an order on plenty.my to have your products delivered on the same day. Same-day delivery is available from 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for both residential and business customers in select cities and zip codes. We share your order information and contact details with Lalamove, our delivery partner.

How do I place a Same-Day Delivery order?

To place a Same-Day Delivery order, select “Same-Day Delivery” on the checkout page, and please take a moment to double-check your delivery address to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

When will my Same-Day Delivery order arrive?

To ensure Same-Day Delivery, place your order by the cutoff time, before 3pm every Monday - Friday (except Public Holidays). If your order is placed before the cutoff time, it will be delivered by end of day time. If your order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be delivered the next available day. If you would like your order to be shipped on a different date, please notify us within 15 minutes after placing your order.

How will I know the driver is on the way for Same-Day Delivery?

You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order, and then an additional confirmation through WhatsApp once the order is en route to your location. We recommend that you be present to receive your order.

Do you have any retail shops?

  • Cards will be sent by email within 24 hours of approved payment.
  • E-gift cards can only be purchased via Stripe, Billplz, or Atome (Credit/Debit Card or Online Banking).
  • E-gift cards will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • The value of an e-gift card can be used in multiple transactions, and the cash value will be deducted accordingly for each purchase.
  • All e-gift cards are non-reloadable.

What are the payment methods for repayment?

Am I eligible to use the Atome service?

To use the service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Currently reside in Malaysia

  • Own a credit or debit card that will be used to pay for your purchases on Atome

 

What are the minimum transaction limits to purchase using Atome?

The minimum limit to use Atome is MYR 25. After discounts, promotions, coupons and cashback have been deducted.

 

Can I return my order if I choose to pay using Atome?

In the event that you have received a wrongly/ defective item, please email us at cs@plenty.my with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number input as the title field. However, please note that we are only able to process exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we are only able to offer a replacement item or via lifetime store voucher which you may utilize for your next purchase. 
ATTENTION: Refund of cash and credit to bank payment is Strictly Not Available for Atome payment option.

Where to find Atome vouchers?

Exchange & Return/Refund

What is your return policy?

For all orders placed at www.plenty.my, we accept items in their original condition, with complete packaging and tags attached, for a full refund via a lifetime store voucher. Please be aware that cash or payment refunds are not normally allowed unless there is a website error (e.g., incorrect pricing). A 6% handling and processing fee will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed if you request a refund to your original payment method. You have one week (7 days) to apply for a return request and send back the items from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund. The items must reach us within 14 days; otherwise, returns will not be entertained. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective option available, including tracking. Refunds can only be processed once per purchase. This means that any order fully refunded cannot be processed a second time with a return. Proof of purchase is required before initiating a return.

 

Only items meeting the following criteria will be eligible for a refund:

  • Items in original packaging with labels and tags.
  • Items must be unworn (e.g., no signs of wear, damage, or alterations).
  • Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized jewelry, including items customized with engravings or any form of personalization, is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • Items purchased at final sale or promotion are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards, mystery jewelry collections, and the "Real" gift box set are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

To initiate a return, submit your request to cs@plenty.my. If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Returns for items purchased with a promo code will have the promo discount deducted from the return amount. Products received as a free gift are not eligible for a cash refund, voucher, or exchange. If you received a free gift with your order, you will be required to return the free gift or make payment for it.

Plenty reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.

For any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, Plenty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If you notice any quality issues with your order, please email us at cs@plenty.my.

Do you accept exchanges?

We are unable to exchange products ordered online and delivered to your preferred address. However, you can return unwanted products for a refund within one week (7 days) of purchase (i.e., the date of delivery) and then place a new order. We will issue a refund via a store voucher, which you can use for your next purchase.

Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of return orders?

Yes, we do not cover the shipping fee for returns, and the original shipping fee is not excluded from the refund at this time.

I received a damaged/ incorrect item, what do I do?

We work hard to ensure that all items sold are in good condition. If you have a concern about a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at cs@plenty.my within 48 hours of receiving the item with your order number, a description, and images of the faulty or incorrect item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

When will I get my refund?

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and confirmed to fit within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 5 days, though it is generally quicker. If your return is approved, we will issue a store voucher refund through www.plenty.my. You will receive the voucher code within 7 business days.

For further information, and especially if you do not receive your refund within 7 business days, please feel free to contact us here and provide our CS team with the details of your order and your inquiry.

Do you restock items that have sold out?

We generally restock within two weeks, although some items may take longer to restock. We update our inventory frequently, so do check back often! You can simply visit the product page of your favorite items on our website and click the ‘Notify When Available’ button, then enter your email address or contact number. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email!

Are prices on Plenty.my subject to change?

Prices on www.plenty.my are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price listed for the PLENTY merchandise on the day of purchase.

Is the PLENTY packaging box available for purchase?

A PLENTY packaging box is provided only with the purchase of PLENTY merchandise.

Can I shower with my jewelry on?

Our pieces are costume jewelry, crafted from brass, silver, or stainless steel, with 14-18K gold rhodium plating and generally finished with a layer of e-coating. To preserve the plating, we recommend avoiding contact with water and chemicals, such as hairspray, perfume, lotions, and household cleaners, where possible. (More Info)

Are your products Nickel free?

All PLENTY jewelry has a nickel release rate of less than or equal to 0.5 micrograms per square centimeter per week. Under REACH regulations, our jewelry is compliant due to its low nickel content.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Whilst still meeting REACH regulations, our products do not have mixed metal plating on the post, which sensitive ears can react to. Although it is unlikely to cause a reaction, we recommend that those with sensitive skin use our 925 Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel jewelry. These are the gentlest on the skin, as they are pure metals with a low mix of other alloys.

Is your Sterling Silver genuine?

All PLENTY Sterling Silver is certified and tested to meet the true fineness of 92.5% pure silver. Please note that Sterling Silver is still an alloy, and 7.5% consists of other elements. This collection should be avoided if you are allergic to copper. All earring posts in the Sterling Silver collection are certified 925 Sterling Silver and are suitable for piercings. (More Info)
