- Items may include rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, or other accessories, curated based on the preference you selected on the page.
- All Mystery Box items are final sale. Due to the surprise element, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
- All jewelry items are brand new and meet our standard quality control.
- Mystery Boxes are packed in our standard packaging.
- If any item is received damaged, please contact our CS team with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Each box guarantees a total retail value equal to or higher than the price paid.
- Exact contents and individual item values will not be disclosed before purchase.
- The Mystery Box is not applicable with any other discount codes, vouchers, or ongoing promotions.
- Any attempt to apply such discounts will result in removal of the coupon or cancellation of the order.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Plenty Jewelry is final.
